Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders over 100 USD. Orders below that threshold are charged a shipping rate that is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are prepared on business days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you created an account at checkout, your orders and their status are also listed in your account area.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at +1 (310) 741-8448 — once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
