BlackBork Cordura caps adapt to every hour of the day. More durable and free against heat, cold, and water; they are a special-series production. This is a 5-panel baseball (no mesh) cap. It is a BlackBork Cordura-fabric cap with an adjustable hook-and-loop back. The bench (logo) on the front is hook-and-loop and interchangeable. One BlackBork cap can be used with multiple benches (logos).

- Do not machine wash — it deforms the crown and brim.
- Spot clean only — damp cloth, mild soap, cold water.
- Air dry in shade — reshape the crown first, never tumble dry.

The front panel carries a 7 × 7 cm (2.75") velcro patch. Peel it off, press another on, and the cap reads completely differently.

How to measure your head
- Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around your head, just above the ears and across the middle of your forehead — where the cap actually sits.
- Keep the tape level all the way around and snug, but not tight.
- Read the measurement in centimetres and compare it with the Head Circumference column.
No tape measure?
Use a piece of string, mark where it meets, then lay it flat against a ruler.
Between two sizes?
Our caps are adjustable at the back, so most people are covered by the stated range. If your measurement sits right at the upper edge of a model's range, go for a model whose range extends further.
What the other columns mean
Depth is the height of the crown from the brim to the top — a deeper crown sits lower on the head. Visor length is how far the brim extends forward.
