What is a Patch?

A Patch is the interchangeable velcro patch on the front of a BlackBörk cap. Peel it off, press a different one on, and the cap changes completely. Browse them under Patches.

Will any Patch fit any cap?

Every BlackBörk patch fits every BlackBörk cap with our interchangeable patch panel. Caps with a stitched embroidery design have no panel, so they do not take patches.

What size are your caps? What are they made of?

Every product page has a Size & Material Guide button with the exact head circumference, crown depth, visor length and fabric composition for each model.

Are the caps adjustable?

Most models are adjustable at the back. The measurement range in the size guide shows the span each model covers.

Does a cap come with a patch?

Yes. Every cap arrives with the patch shown in the photo already attached, and the price on the page covers both. Extra patches are sold separately so you can change the front whenever you like.

How much do caps and patches cost?

Caps run from $34.90 to $64.90, with most models at $49.90. Individual patches are $14.90.

How many patches can I choose from?

700+ interchangeable patches are in stock right now – animals, slogans, letters and numbers, zodiac signs, sports, movies and music. Browse them all under Patches.

Which cap styles do you make?

Trucker hats, baseball caps, six panel caps, snapbacks, bucket hats, beanies and kids caps, including Cordura versions. Every BlackBörk patch fits every BlackBörk cap with our interchangeable patch panel.

Can I put my own design on a patch?

Yes. In Design Your Cap choose “Design your own” in step two and upload your artwork; it is produced as a patch and shipped on the cap you picked.

How do I change the patch on my cap?

Peel the patch off the front panel and press the next one on. It takes a couple of seconds, no tools and no sewing, and the panel is built to take the swap over and over.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is a flat $9.99 on orders under $100 and FREE on orders $100+. Delivery takes 2–4 business days. Canada is $14.99.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery inside the United States is 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a weekday ship the same day.

Which countries do you ship to?

BlackBörk USA ships to the United States and Canada. For other countries, use the BlackBörk store that serves your region.

How do I return something?

Start from the Returns & Warranty page, which lists the return window, the condition the item has to be in and how the refund is issued.
