14-day returns

You can return a product you purchased within 14 days of receiving it.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
• Original packaging, labels and any accessories must be included.
• Products damaged through use are outside the scope of returns.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number through the contact page or on +1 (310) 741-8448 (weekdays 10:00–18:00) and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us right away. Manufacturing faults are our responsibility and we will resolve them — return shipping in these cases is on us.
